The new Dell Venue 8 7000 is the world’s thinnest tablet. Beside its dimensions, it has a serious amount of power inside. One of the great features is Intel Real Sense stereoscopic camera, first time present on some tablet. Maybe the camera is the best feature of this tablet. They are very good, the new Dell Gallery app offers you many photo editing options and the ability to sync with Dropbox, Facebook and etc. This tablet costs $399. The main rivals are: iPad Mini 3 (16GB), Nvidia Shield tablet and Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4. But, Dell’s tablet offers you swift performance and OLED HD screen!

Although this is the thinnest tablet on the market, the difference between it and Samsung Galaxy S 8.4 are microscopic. And, Dell Venue 8 7000 is heavier, but offers an impression of better quality made. At the back are three cameras, but for their use you will have to flip it over. At the front are front facing speaker and 2MP camera. Software is one of the best on the market. As you know, it is Android KitKat 4.4. This OS will soon be updated to the Lollipop 5.0! The good sides of Dell Venue 8 7000 are, its dimensions, the Intel Real Sense feature and Dell Gallery app. The bad sides are: photo editing software, learning curve for the depth sensing camera and it get hot during long usage.
