Watches have gone through a hell lot of evolution for not only increasing their accuracy and decreasing in time loss, but also to improve their looks as well as maintain them. The smart watch does innumerable other jobs along with the basic function of time keeping. Essentially, they are computerized. The earliest models had a limited scope in their functionality.
